The South Africa Power Flying Association presents, Season #6 of the SAPFA Speed Rally!
This year’s Speed Rallies are in one short sharp season, from 6 May to the 19th of August 2023. To keep you, the competitor on your toes and fully engaged in flying mode! And to ensure the best possible flying weather for each event! For your enjoyment, we are combining the events with well established existing aviation days, the dates and venues are as follows:

The SAPFA Speedrally is an exhilarating and spectacular event. Being placed on a level playing field with other aircraft, pilots and navigators through the handicap system adds to the excitement and opens a whole new level of aviator learning. The competitive atmosphere that one experiences before, during and after the race is hugely satisfying. If for nothing else, the Speedrally is a race against oneself and any chance to improve on yourself is what makes it worthwhile! I can recommend this race to any avid aviator with any level of flying experience.

Normal everyday flying can sometimes be boring but Speed Rally is anything but boring. It continuously challenges you to apply all your skills and knowledge and improves those skills at the same time. Speed Rally is also a sport where a parent and child can participate together in the same team.
